We recommend this flat to a nature-loving family wishing to stay a few steps from the Orta San Giulio center

The house is located in the village of Orta San Giulio surrounded by nature. It consists on the ground floor of two bedrooms (a double and a single room), a large living room, kitchen, a small service bathroom and an other bathroon with shower. You will enjoy a spacious and peaceful patio looking the garden!

The house has a narrow spiral staircase leading to the upper floor, where there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with a small tub. It may therefore be difficult to carry large luggages upstairs.

There is only one uncovered parking space, but public parking is available in the area, as well as a parking with 1 h max a few steps from the house.

A first supply of bed linen and towels for all guests is included and free of charge.

Pets are welcome!

Guests of our flat have at their disposal:

– dishwasher

– car parking (uncovered spot for one car)

– private garden equipped with table and chairs for outdoor dining

Within walking distance you will find restaurants, wine bars, breakfast bars, as well as grocery store, pharmacy, ATM and post office.

Tourist tax not included, to be paid in cash at check-in (approximate cost € 1.00 per person per day).
