The house is located in the village of Orta San Giulio surrounded by nature. It consists of three bedrooms, a large living room, kitchen, two bathrooms and a spacious and peaceful garden.

A first supply of bed linen and towels for all guests is included and free of charge.

Pets are welcome!

We kindly ask smoking guests to smoke outside only!

Guests of our flat have at their disposal:

– car parking (uncovered spot for one car)

– private garden equipped with table and chairs for outdoor dining

Within walking distance you will find restaurants, wine bars, breakfast bars, as well as grocery store, pharmacy, ATM and post office.

Tourist tax not included, to be paid in cash at check-in (approximate cost € 1.00 per person per day).
