In the hamlet of Legro, a short walk from the village of Orta San Giulio and the Orta-Miasino train station, we discover this bright multi-level house with no elevator. The main floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the private garden, dining room and living room with flat-screen TV and sofa bed. A small bathroom and entrance hall with additional two-seater sofa bed complete the floor.
Upstairs there is a double bedroom and a bedroom with two beds, both with closet, as well as bathroom with large shower.
One-car garage in the basement for one car, bathroom with shower and internal staircase leading to the upper floor. There is free public parking available nearby for additional vehicles.

Please note that the house is located in the immediate proximity of a single-track railway line, so there is little traffic.

There is no shortage of outdoor space: the garden is equipped with dining table and chairs, as well as sunbeds and children’s games; terrace and balcony on the street side upstairs also equipped with table and chairs.

A first supply of bed linen and towels for all guests is included and free of charge.

Tourist tax not included in the reservation and to be paid in cash upon check in (approximate cost €1.00 per person per day).
