Before talking about the traditional dishes and local cuisine expertly presented by the chef, let me say that the Villa Nigra, inside which this restaurant is located, is such a refined beauty that you will certainly be enchanted by it.
The tables for dinner are bordered by the lush park of the villa, on one side, by the Orangerie recently restored, on the other, ending with the main frescoed façade, so that each diner has a view worthy of the place where it is located.
Most of the dishes you will find originate in Piedmontese history and, specifically, in the Novara area of the Langhe. The Langhe is a historical region of Piedmont (the Italian region where Lake Orta is inserted), an area recognized for its historical and cultural value which, since 2014, has been named World Heritage Site by UNESCO.
You can accompany your dinner with a selection of excellent wines, also mostly local. The managers reflect the refinement of the place that hosts them and will help you immerse yourself in this fabulous place.

I think the best time to visit this restaurant is at sunset, the lights make the atmosphere absolutely perfect.
Another advice? Do not give up the dessert, they are all delicious but the crumble is unsurpassed!
