From Saturday 18th May to Sunday 2nd June 2019 – from 9am to 8pm of course in Boca (No), the wine festival in Boca returns: two weeks of tastings to discover the local producers Events in Novara

• Saturday 18th May
  At 3 pm opening of the Wine Show to the public and tastings;
  At 8pm “Vegetarian evening” dinner € 20 (Potato and leek pie and gorgonzola cream, mushroom savory pie with radicchio in salad, vegetable lasagna with ragù, sorbet, local Alpine with compote, dessert).
• Sunday 19th May
  From 9am to 8pm open to the public of the Wine Show and tastings;
  At 3 pm departure from the Pro Loco for a walk through the Traversagna vineyards, with a guided tour by the producers and a final snack on the way back to the Pro Loco (€ 10).
• Friday 24th May
  At 7pm technical tasting conducted by Mauro Carosso, Ais Torino delegate, of the Boca Doc of all the producers of the territory, including the historical vintages, at the Pro Loco (€ 20).
• Saturday 25 May
  At 3 pm opening to the public of the Wine Show and tastings;
  From 17 to 23 at the Osteria Ori Equal tasting stalls organized by the producers of Boca Doc with the possibility of tasting and direct purchase of wines (€ 10 + 5 for the deposit of the glass);
  At 8 pm dinner in the Pro Loco “La Tradition” (Eggplant parmigiana, cooked salamino and potatoes, sorbet, braised Boca, gorgonzola and polenta, dessert. € 20).
• Sunday 26th May
  From 9am to 8pm open to the public of the Wine Show and tastings;
  At 3 pm departure from the Pro Loco for a walk through the vineyards of the Montalbano area with a guided tour by the producers and a final snack on the way back to the Pro Loco (10 €)
  Friday 31st May
  At 7 pm the President Fis Massimo Baglione will conduct the technical tasting of the wines of the Novara hills not belonging to the Historical Doc produced in Boca (€ 15).
• Saturday 1st June
  At 3 pm opening to the public of the Wine Show and tastings;
  At 8pm dinner in “Pro Riso” I Risotti (polenta and cod with stewed onions, bresaola and grapes, risotto with walnuts and confit pachino, blueberry and taleggio risotto, sorbet, goat’s cheese with red wine pears, dessert. € 20 ).
• Sunday 2nd June
  From 9am to 8pm open to the public of the Wine Show and tastings. Final day and closing of the Exhibition.
