Amateur SUP competition (stand up paddleboard) open to everyone!

A day of sport and friendship full of fun! Born from the collaboration between Sup On The Lake (sup school of Omegna) and Sup Grada (Great Sup school of Manerba del Garda).

You can also inquire for private lessons. The 60 € course, for example, includes the teaching of SUP practice from a short ground theory to complete paddling, both flat and wave water, passing through intermediate steps to better integrate the technique. Each lesson lasts about 1 hour.
