Consigliamo questo appartamento per una coppia che vuole un soggiorno in una casa di un’eleganza rara, con una vista isola davvero impagabile!

L’appartamento si compone di soggiorno con zona pranzo e divano (che si trasforma in un letto che può ospitare altre due persone) cucina (forno, frigorifero, lavastoviglie, bollitore e microonde), bagno con vasca e camera matrimoniale.

Viene inclusa e gratuita, la prima fornitura di lenzuola e asciugamani per tutti gli ospiti.

Purtroppo in questo appartamento non possiamo ospitare animali. Ci dispiace molto!

Gli ospiti del nostro appartamento hanno a disposizione:

  • collegamento ad internet WI-FI (free wi-fi)
  • culla per neonati € 15 (su richiesta)
  • parcheggio gratuito all’ingresso del paese (il centro storico è chiuso al traffico)

Si ricorda che non è permesso entrare con l’auto nel centro storico di Orta. Le auto saranno da lasciarsi al parcheggio coperto Diania (gratuito per voi) a qualche centinaio di metri dall’appartamento.

A pochi passi di distanza troverete ristoranti, enoteche, bar per la colazione e per i vostri apertivi, oltre a minimarket, farmacia, bancomat e ufficio postale.

Tassa di soggiorno non inclusa nella prenotazione e da versarsi in contanti al momento del check in (costo indicativo 1,00 € a persona al giorno)

Eventuali Extra su richiesta:

  • aiuto domestico: 20 € all’ora
  • transfer dall’Aeroporto all’appartamento su richiesta

A beautiful luxurious apartment set in a beautiful picturesque historical town.

This apartment was absolutely superb! It was incredibly spacious for two with stunning views of the lake and island San Giulio – a picture postcard every time you look out the windows! The king size bed is very comfortable as is the furniture – everything needed for your stay is provided.

Sehr stilvoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit herrlichem Ausblick auf die Klosterinsel an zentraler Lage.

Essen in grosser Auswahl direkt vor der Türe: viele Restaurants, zudem ein kleiner Einkaufsladen mit vielen wichtigen Nahrungsmitteln. Schöner Ausgangspunkt für: Spaziergänge durch Gässchen des Städtchens, rund um die Halbinsel, Wanderungen dem Ufer des Sees entlang oder auch auf die umgebenden Berge. Zudem nahe an Bootsanlegestelle zur Klosterinsel St. Giulio. Zudem am Fuss des Sacro Monte gelegen, auf dem sich eine idyllische Anlage mit kunstvoll gestalteten Kappellen (20!) zum Leben des Franz von Assisi befindet. Läden verschiedenster Genres: Kunsthandwerk, Parfumerie, Gelaterie.
Nachteil der ansonsten sehr bevorzugten Lage: nur selten ruhig aufgrund der Restaurants mit ihren Umtrieben.

The aopartment is very comfortable, clean and equipped with everything you need. In addotion we received a lot of good and orginized information regarding the ares, which we enjoyed a whole lot. (Mostly the routs to walk in and where to buy staff we neede).
There ia around 10 minutes walk from the parking to rhe appartment, and the appartment it self is located in the moat touristic area of the old part of Orta. Still insude it is quire, no lroblem. Still in order to buy groceries we had to take a drive outside the area,

Stunning second floor apartment on the main square overlooking the lake and the Isola San Giulio. Traditional elegant furnishings with modern facilities. Hosts Alice and Giorgio were helpful and attentive. Their office is 100 metres away in case of query. We ate at all five of their restaurant recommendations in the old town. We usually had breakfast in the cafe below our windows with the spectacular view but also at the bakery with home made croissants. The information about car parking was spot on. Giorgio met us in the square and helped with the luggage. We stayed five nights and enjoyed every minute – boats round the lake, the Sacre Monte, the island and the lakeside villages/ towns. We would happily stay again.
Be aware that the apartment is two floors up with steps to match. May not be suitable for anyone who has mobility issues.

Prachtige locatie in een historisch stadje met een overvloed aan horeca en leuke winkeltjes.

De locatie en het prachtige appartement, met het mooie uitzicht op het meer. Het gratis parkeren in de parkeergarage was goed geregeld.

heerlijk maar miste direct zwem water.

Het uitzicht over het meer en de vele winkeltjes en eet gelegenheden direct om je heen. Prachtig dorpje is het en heel romantisch !
Wel miste ik een airco in het huisje, en dat je niet gelijk ergens dichtbij kon zwemmen, want nergens kon je makkelijk het water in mits je naar het strandje ging en dat is wel even lopen of met de auto.

Il lago del silenzio

Bellissima casa, curata nei dettagli. La posizione è ottima, la vista lago è fantastica ed è situata nella piazza principale di Orta. Il parcheggio è compreso nel prezzo, altrimenti costerebbe 2 euro all’ora e 20 euro tutto il giorno. Sicuramente consigliata. Soggiorno davvero piacevole.

Our stay at Casa Orta was wonderful!

Casa Orta is in an amazing location. It looks out onto San Giulio island, and also overlooks the main historic square in the town of San Guilio. The area just outside the front door is a pedestrian-only zone, which is perfect for morning walks through town. The apartment itself is a jewel – very well maintained and comfortable. Alfio is easy to communicate with, provided us with parking free-of-charge, and met us on the day we checked in. I definitely recommend that you stay at Casa Orta.

The view is impossible to beat. The location on the main square of this relatively quiet little town is perfect. The opulence of the apartment (without being gaudy) was wonderful to indulge in.

The freezer wasn’t working and there’s no real air conditioning. A mobile unit was placed in the bedroom but it makes a real racket. I didn’t mind but my partner slept on the sofa a couple of nights to escape it.

Not much, a bit of a hike in if you bring too much baggage, and perhaps could be enhanced with a chopping board.
